beam.io.GenerateSequence in the Python SDK

    Description

      Could we please have a version of org.apache.beam.sdk.io.GenerateSequence in the Python SDK?

      I notice there is beam.io.utils.CountingSource, which looks similar, but it's not clear whether this is intended to be part of the public API or just for internal testing purposes (it's not exposed via beam.io's _init_).
